The story is set in an alternate reality of Balkan peninsula in which deteriorating communist SFR Yugoslavia's transition to democracy was planned to be peaceful. It was followed by EU kindly proposing its instant optimistic "economy injection" in 1989 that added even more debt which already measured billions of dollars for Yugoslavia. As usual it is later revealed the higher goal to preserve Yugoslavian integrity at any cost was planned and conducted by EU committee in order to convert destabilized state to a highly controlled protectorate. The newly formed puppet state of UDS Yugoslavia (United Democratic States of Yugoslavia) which included Bulgaria and Albania went through complete administrative reconstruction, causing massive executions of members of the communist league.

Under strict imposed totalitarian regime, the new young
cosmopolitan generation, comprised of all ethnic groups and
even imported foreign immigrant nationalities emerged forming
underground resistance in way partisans once formed, only
this time it was real human unity against expanding Commonwealth Empire and not fabricated brotherhood of Tito's propaganda and its communist regime.
Oppressor's advanced technology and nurtured lack of education within Yugoslav population caused more obstructions for resistance. The new capital of UDSY is set to be Sarajevo, with many investments taking place, mining of surrounding hills and flattening the area, once small, the city expanded into metropolis exceeding all balkan cities in terms of population and size. Constant attempts of resistance to overthrow the totalitarian regime led to events in District 71, Central Sarajevo prefecture, that would cause violent riots and massive migrations of population. To retain its dominance and to oppress the resistance, both NATO and AIS used fission weapons with
enriched uranium that left many blocs of city irradiated and deserted for years to come.
These urban wastelands are classified as Exclusion Sectors,the comfort zone for dissidents, radio amateurs, and resistance ops.
The only area of state over which government has little control.

Events depicted in this video are set in one of the key government administrative sectors: District 71 which is now partially abandoned due to use of small scale fission bombs by NATO to oppress the resistance, seize control and leave empty demilitarized layer zone around Central government complex which now serves as a defence shield.
